Worlds apart from the tough, grey imports, our semi sun-dried figs are the perfect addition to your cheese platter, your paleo friendly breakfast or a healthy snack on their own.

Black Genoa Semi Sun-Dried Figs

With a rich coloured skin, our Black Genoa's add a touch of decadence to any cheese platter. Hints of chocolate and red wine make them the perfect accompaniment to a strong Stilton or a rich merlot; or add them to a port-wine sauce for beef or kangaroo.

Did You Know?

Fig trees were one of the first plants cultivated by humans, originating in the Middle East and Mediterranean. Rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and copper, they are also a good source of antioxidants. A great alternative to sugary snacks, figs are fat-free, low in calories and high in potassium (to lower blood pressure), prebiotics (to support good bacteria) and fibre (to reduce hunger and cravings).
