AB. Mother's Day Spectacular Citrus Gift Box

We will assume your order is for Mother's day unless you let us know otherwise when ordering.

The Riverland is a region of South Australia, all 9000 square kms of it, with the Murray River weaving through. Local farming families have a long history of growing a variety of types of citrus from blood oranges, cara cara, washingtons, valencias, mandarins, clementines, tangellos, lemons and limes.

We have created an extra special Citrus Gift Box for Mother's day 2024 including:

• One 40g packet of mixed dried citrus slices (citrus varieties vary depending on seasonal availability). Approximately 15 whole slices per packet. The citrus slices can be used for tea flavouring, cake toppers, soup seasoning or for your after work drinks. 
• One packet of chocolate enrobed dried citrus slices.
• One Fig and Almond roll: We had so many requests for more of these at Christmas and then sold out at Easter so we have made a Mother's Day edition. Paired our diced White Smyrna figs is AlmondCo Riverland almonds, Murray River pink salt flakes, citrus and our sticky quince syrup, in the most wonderful combination. Rolled into a log, it's easy to slice and perfect for your next platter. Each roll has been vacuum sealed and then gift-wrapped. Approx 200g
• Our very special Singing Magpie Tea Towel. A luxurious cotton/linen tea towel featuring an original photographic print of our produce from the wonderful Tilly Pamment. Designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind, this piece can be used either as an art print or working tea towel. We have three different prints which will be packed randomly in each bundle, you can see the prints online. Printed and made with care in Australia. 47cm x 65cm. Wrapped in a Singing Magpie printed band.

Each Spectacular Citrus Gift Box will be packaged in a gorgeous fully recyclable kraft box, lined with tissue paper, gift wrapped an include one of our complimentary Gift Cards styled by the uber talented Tilly Pamment.

Storage

We recommend keeping your dried citrus in an airtight container and eating all the chocolate goodies.

A note with the chocolate goodies. We use Callebaut couverture. If you notice some discoloration of the chocolate this is simply the cocoa butter separating from the cocoa solids and coming to the surface. It doesn't affect the taste of the chocolate, it's not going mouldy and is probably due to temperature fluctuations. If you don't eat all the goodies in one sitting we recommend keeping them in air-tight container at a relatively stable temperature, not in the fridge.

Ingredients:

Chocolate enrobed citrus: Australian dried citrus (>84%), Dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate 54%, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour).

Fig roll: Australian dried figs (>76%), almonds, citrus powder, lemon juice, Sticky Quince Syrup (Quince juice (41%), water(41%), sugar, lemon), Murray River Pink Salt Flakes, potassium sorbate.

The dark chocolate contains Soy.
The dark chocolate couverture may contain milk .
The fig roll contains potassium sorbate.

Singing Magpie Produce packs a range of produce on shared equipment including dried fruit, pecans and almonds. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these.
