Storage

We recommend keeping your sun-dried fruit in the fridge or freezer.

A note with the chocolate goodies. We use premium dark, caramel and Ruby RB1 couverture chocolate. If you notice some discoloration of the chocolate this is simply the cocoa butter separating from the cocoa solids and coming to the surface. It doesn't affect the taste of the chocolate, it's not going mouldy and is probably due to temperature fluctuations. If you don't eat all the goodies in one sitting we recommend keeping them in air-tight container at a relatively stable temperature between 16 - 20 degrees, but not in the fridge.

Chocolate enrobed figs: Australian dried figs (>84%), Dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate 54%, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, milk, natural vanilla flavour).

The chocolate couverture contains soy, milk.
The peaches, apricots and pears contains sulphites (220).
