Please leave us a note (in the Special instructions for seller box) if you would like your order to be dispatched as it comes up in the system or to be held for a Mother's Day dispatch from 26 April onwards . Small Gift Box: Packaged in a gorgeous Australian made kraft box and gift-wrapped these make a perfect gift for your loved ones or for yourself. Each box contains five to six figs (what we can fit into the box) including four of our beautiful dark chocolate enrobed figs and two Ruby figs (they are to die for and a limited time only for Mother's Day).

Bundle 1: You can now choose to bundle one of our small Chocolate fig Gift box with one of our Fig and Almond rolls.
Fig and Almond roll: We had so many requests for more of these at Christmas and then sold out at Easter so we have made a Mother's Day edition. Paired our diced White Smyrna figs is AlmondCo Riverland almonds, Murray River pink salt flakes, citrus and our sticky quince syrup, in the most wonderful combination. Rolled into a log, it's easy to slice and perfect for your next platter. Each roll has been vacuum sealed and then gift-wrapped. Approx 200g
Bundle 2: Bundle 1 plus our very special Singing Magpie Tea Towel. A luxurious cotton/linen tea towel featuring an original photographic print of our produce from the wonderful Tilly Pamment. Designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind, this piece can be used either as an art print or working tea towel. We have three different prints which will be packed randomly in each bundle, you can see the prints online. Printed and made with care in Australia. 47cm x 65cm. Wrapped in a Singing Magpie printed band.

Storage
A note with the chocolate goodies. We use premium dark and caramel couverture chocolate. If you notice some discoloration of the chocolate this is simply the cocoa butter separating from the cocoa solids and coming to the surface. It doesn't affect the taste of the chocolate, it's not going mouldy and is probably due to temperature fluctuations. If you don't eat all the goodies in one sitting we recommend keeping them in air-tight container at a relatively stable temperature between 16 - 20 degrees, but not in the fridge.
Fig and Almond Roll: store your roll, sealed in the fridge after opening.

Chocolate enrobed figs: Australian dried figs (>84%), Dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate 54%, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), Caramel chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose (milk), whey powder (milk), non fat dairy milk, caramelized sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour, salt), preservative (220).
Fig roll: Australian dried figs (>76%), almonds, citrus powder, lemon juice, Sticky Quince Syrup (Quince juice (41%), water(41%), sugar, lemon), Murray River Pink Salt Flakes, potassium sorbate.

The chocolate couverture contains soybean.
The Caramel Gold couverture contains milk and milk solids.
The fig roll contains almonds and potassium sorbate.
The dark chocolate couverture may contain milk.
Singing Magpie Produce packs a range of produce on shared equipment including dried fruit, pecans and almonds. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these.
